This is what happened when…

I finally stopped

I took 4 days off recently.
And I almost didn’t.

“I don’t have time.”
“Things are busy.”
“I’ll do it later.”

But something in me knew… I couldn’t keep going the same way.

So I stepped away.
No emails.
No calls.
No being everything to everyone.

And here’s what surprised me most:
It took almost two full days just to slow down.

Two days for my body to stop buzzing.
Two days for my mind to quieten.
Two days to realise how much I’d been holding.

And then… something shifted.

Not in a big, dramatic way.
In a soft, grounding, oh… there I am kind of way.

Here’s the truth I want you to hear:

You’re not stuck because you’re doing something wrong.
You’re stuck because you haven’t had the space to stop.

To process.
To breathe.
To come back to yourself.

And I get it — real life doesn’t make that easy.

Which is why most women stay in the cycle:
keep going → feel exhausted → push through → repeat

But what if you didn’t have to wait until breaking point?

Because if 4 days on my own created that kind of shift…
imagine what happens when you’re supported in that space.

That’s exactly why I created the retreat.
