Autumn reset…

Small changes that can help you feel more in control again

There is something about autumn that always gets me.
The cooler air.
The slower mornings.
The quiet invitation to pause.

And if you are going through separation… you might actually need that more than ever.

Because when life feels out of control, it is not big changes that bring you back.
It is the small ones.

For me, it often starts really simply.
Lighting a candle at the end of the day.
Letting the room soften.

Sometimes I add incense or sage sticks. Sometimes just the stillness.
It is like telling my body… you can exhale now.

I come back to meditation a lot.
Not perfectly. Not for long.

Just a few minutes of breathing, sitting, being.
And somehow, that is enough to create a little space in the chaos.

Yoga has been another anchor.
Not intense. Not structured.

Just slow movement, stretching, reconnecting.
Letting my body release what my mind has been holding onto.

And sound healing… I use this when I can (thank you- Bianca!).
When I cannot think my way through something, I let sound hold me instead.

It settles something deeper.

I also keep crystals around me.
Not because they “fix” everything.

But because they remind me to pause. To ground. To come back to myself.

This is what an autumn reset looks like.
Not a full life overhaul.

Just small, gentle moments that bring you back into control.
Back into yourself.

And if you are craving more of that — space, calm, clarity…

That is exactly what we create inside the Re-Charge retreat and why we created it.

A chance to step away, reset, and come back stronger.
Because you do not have to keep pushing through this alone.
